China and Dollar !

United States is perceived to be the richest country in the world. But in reality US is the biggest debtor nation in the world. Do you know who US is indebted to? What many consider to be a Third World country: China.

Did you know that US borrows a lot of money from china to buy goods from china. It's like going to a grocery store and borrowing money from them to buy groceries. The way world monetary system works is funny .

China sends US lots of goods like computers,chips,clothing etc.. In turn US pays china with dollars. Since China can't spend all the dollars at home, they lend it back to US.

Somehow it makes sense for financial and banking analysts.
